I enjoyed the process she took me through, as it resonated with every part of my soul. We started with a simple practice of writing, just putting my thoughts to paper or “mind dumping” as she calls it. Then we started with the exercise of discovering my "why", which was quite fun because it was describing my perfect dream day. She knew the right questions to ask and the right way to steer me and through this exercise, without my realising it, we captured my personal values, my passions, my gifts and where I want to go with my company now, and in the future.
