• extracted plain text from uploaded files

The Sprint does not scrape LinkedIn URLs. If you provide a LinkedIn URL, we do not fetch or scrape that page. You should upload your own export, upload a saved copy or paste the relevant sections yourself.

3.5 Guided intake answers

The Sprint asks structured guided questions. We collect your answers, selected options and optional free-text responses, including:

• why you are doing the Sprint now

• your experience, skills, projects or lived insight

• what people ask you to help with

• what subjects or problems hold your attention

• what you want more or less of in future work

• who you understand well

• practical constraints

• validation readiness

• first-test preferences

• final context you choose to add before report generation

If you ask a question inside an answer, we treat it as part of your submitted context. The Sprint does not open a live coaching conversation during intake.

3.6 AI-generated report data

To generate your Sprint report, we may process:

• uploaded and extracted material

• pasted background text

• guided intake answers

• review snapshot data

• internal AI synthesis

• report input packet

• generated report HTML

• report quality-check data

• report version and prompt version data

The internal synthesis is used to generate the final report but is not normally shown to you directly.

3.7 Sensitive personal data

The Sprint is not designed to collect sensitive personal data. However, your CV, profile text or answers may include sensitive information if you choose to provide it.

Please do not include information about health, religion, political views, criminal records, biometric data, sexual life, children or other sensitive matters unless it is genuinely necessary for the purpose of your Sprint report.

If you choose to include sensitive personal data, we will process it only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless the law requires otherwise.

5. AI-assisted processing

The Vos Veros AI Offer-to-Market Sprint uses AI systems to generate a structured diagnostic report from the material you provide.

This means your submitted material may be processed by AI service providers acting on behalf of Vos Veros.

The AI Sprint may use automated processing to:

• assess whether there is enough material to generate a responsible report

• map evidence, constraints, patterns, possible audiences and offer hypotheses

• generate an internal synthesis

• generate a client-facing report

• check report quality

• repair the report if a quality check fails

The AI Sprint does not make legally binding decisions about you. It does not determine your employment, credit, insurance, legal status, medical treatment or financial entitlement.

The report is a structured starting point for reflection and decision-making. It is not a guarantee of demand, income, suitability or commercial success.

6. Legal basis for processing

The Sprint records the date, time, consent version and privacy policy version connected to your consent.

8. Cookies and website technologies

The Vos Veros website may use cookies and similar technologies for:

• analytics

• remembering user preferences
